Caitlin’s purpose is to make your event seamless and stress-free. She completely customize each planning package to meet your needs. This ranges from day-of coordination to full planning and everything in between. She is detail-orientated which ensures your event flows naturally while also sticking to a timeline and budget. Her creativity ensures an aesthetically pleasing occasion and she truly makes your event a unique experience. Her process makes you feel at ease every step of the way as if you are creating an event with your best friend.

Caitlin lives in southwestern Connecticut where she was born and raised. She attended college at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI where she earned her MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Graphic Design. While in Newport, she gained experience through different event planning roles and jobs focusing on corporate functions, community fundraisers, and weekend getaways. Her passion lies in coordinating big life events which was sparked through her time working at two premier oceanfront wedding venues – OceanCliff and Regatta Place.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys hiking with her husband and energetic dog named “Blue”. She loves staying active and plays soccer and practices yoga. Growing vegetables and flowers in her backyard garden has become a recent passion where she has a fun time cultivating and experimenting with different plants. She is always cooking from scratch and enjoys learning new techniques and testing recipes she finds.
